Beginning in Menomonie and ending at the Dunville Wildlife Area, the Red Cedar State Trail runs through a broad floodplain of river bottom and restored prairies ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. Riders will pass over eleven authentic railroad bridges along the route that runs along the historic Red Cedar Junction railroad line. Crushed limestone surface welcomes those cyclists desiring a more rustic experience, while the trail becomes paved as it connects with the Chippewa River State Trail.
